Rather than using traditional chocolate chips, chop a Lindt chocolate bar into small pieces. These muffins will be a treat at your Easter Sunday brunch.

Ingredients
5.25oz (150g) Lindt Excellence Intense Orange Bar, chopped
1/3 cup (80g) butter, softened
½ cup (100g) sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1¼ cup (150g) flour
½ tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Butter or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Combine the eggs, milk and vanilla and add to the butter mixture.
- Combine the flour, baking powder and salt and add to the butter mixture.
- Fold in the chopped Lindt Excellence Intense Orange Bar.
- Spoon mixture into the prepared muffin tin and bake approximately 20-25 minutes.
- Yield: 12 muffins or 24 mini muffins
- Prep Time: 30 minutes, 20-25 minutes baking time
