Lindt Unsung Heroes of Autism Ceremony

Lindt and Autism Speaks celebrated their partnership and kicked off Autism Awareness month on April 1st, with an event at the New York Palace Hotel, honoring two Lindt "Unsung Heroes of Autism." Lindt, along with Cookie Magazine, recognized Dr. Rebecca Morrison and Mr. Charles Allen for their unwavering commitment to the cause and dedicated contributions to those impacted by autism. Both "Unsung Heroes" were instrumental in starting schools for children with autism spectrum disorders. The Heroes received $5,000 toward their efforts in support of the autism cause and will be featured in the June issue of Cookie Magazine. Walk Now for Autism Tampa

On Saturday, March 28, Lindt joined over 2800 people in the 2009 Tampa Bay Walk Now for Autism. Family and friends gathered at the Museum of Science & Industry, and together, raised over $140,000 to fund autism awareness efforts and research.
Cookie Magazine Kidsfest at Beaver Creek
March 12th - 14th, 2009
On Thursday March 12th, Lindt joined Cookie Magazine as it kicked off its 2nd annual Cookie Kidsfest celebration at Beaver Creek Resort in Colorado. The three day event was a tremendous success, as thousands enjoyed a live performance presented by Disney on Ice, an advanced screening of DreamWorks Monsters vs. Aliens, family fun on the beautiful slopes of Beaver Creek, and of course, delicious Lindt chocolate!
Walk Now For Autism Palm Beach County

Lindt joined Autism Speaks in the 9th annual Palm Beach Walk Now for Autism event held under sunny skies on Saturday, February 21st. The event drew over 3,500 attendees and helped to raise awareness and funding for autism research. The crowd enjoyed live entertainment, face painting and delicious Lindt Gold Bunny chocolate samples!
Walk Now For Autism Miami
Sunday February 22nd, 2009
On Sunday, February 22nd, Lindt joined Autism Speaks and over 12,000 event attendees at Crandon Park Key Biscayne in a Walk Now for Autism event that raised over $400,000 to support autism research, awareness, advocacy and family services.
